IV. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Purpose of the Role

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support FADOAGRI’s growth in both domestic and international markets.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

• Coordinate and produce high-performing content (SEO articles, visuals, videos) for digital channels.

• Track, measure, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CRM tracking).

• Optimize website, landing pages, and lead generation funnels (SEO, email automation).

• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) and external partners when necessary.

• Support brand promotion at trade shows, seminars, and online/offline PR campaigns.

• Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Manager.

V. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 25–35 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing; B2B/export marketing is a plus

• Strong hands-on skills in ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Suite, TikTok, GA4, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, CRM (HubSpot is a bonus)

• Solid planning, execution, and performance evaluation skills

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus

• Creative, driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
