• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday morning

IV. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Purpose

The Inspection Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust quality control system across FADO IEXPORT’s production and export chain, ensuring all products meet domestic and international standards.

2. Job Objectives

• Ensure all agricultural products meet required quality and compliance standards.

• Minimize product defects, customer complaints, and shipment returns.

• Strengthen brand reputation and operational efficiency.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection systems for the entire process: farming – processing – packaging – logistics – export.

• Monitor and evaluate quality of raw materials and finished goods.

• Lead and manage the quality control team.

• Work with international partners to meet import regulations.

• Collaborate with production, logistics, and export departments to meet technical standards.

• Create procedures to handle quality issues and implement continuous improvements.

• Provide internal training on quality assurance processes and standards.

• Resolve customer complaints related to product quality or delivery time.

• Prepare documentation for product exportation to various international markets.

• Report to upper management on KPIs and suggest improvement plans.

• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 28–40

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Quality Management, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as QA/QC Manager or Inspection Manager, preferably in agricultural/export industries

• Deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO, Global GAP, or equivalent standards

• Good English communication skills (speaking – writing – reading)

• Strong leadership and multitasking skills

• Able to travel for work when required

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
