• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday morning)

IV. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Purpose

As a Media Staff, you will be responsible for creating and managing media content that reflects the brand identity of FADO IEXPORT, supports business activities, and builds a strong digital presence both locally and internationally.

2. Objectives

• To enhance the company’s image through professional media content.

• To support marketing and sales departments with compelling visual and video materials.

• To contribute to brand building and communication efforts across all platforms.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and produce multimedia content including videos, photos, reels, and graphics for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.

• Capture footage and photos during company events, trade shows, and product showcases.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas that align with brand messaging.

• Edit and post-produce high-quality video clips and visual content.

• Manage company’s media library and ensure proper digital asset organization.

• Support livestream or digital campaigns as needed.

• Propose new content formats and media trends that can boost online engagement.

• Assist in storytelling for brand promotion on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

• Report on content performance and propose adjustments based on insights.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

V. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 22–30

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields

• 1–2 years of experience in media production, content creation, or digital marketing

• Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)

• Knowledge of content trends on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of aesthetics

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic English communication is a plus
