• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday Morning

IV. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Purpose

The Purchasing Specialist plays a vital role in our supply chain, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods, particularly agricultural products.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate domestic and international suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability

• Negotiate purchasing terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment conditions

• Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and handle any issues during procurement

• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure product standards are met

• Analyze market trends and pricing to develop cost-saving strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners

• Manage purchasing documentation and oversee payment processing

• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and provide recommendations to improve efficiency

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 25 – 35 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (preferably in agriculture or FMCG sectors)

• Good command of English (Chinese is a plus)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace

• Knowledge of procurement procedures, logistics, and international trade is an advantage

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure
