Position: Cold Storage Manager
Department: FADOAGRI
Work Locations:
- Hanoi: 4th Floor, 95-97 Le Duan, Hoan Kiem District
- Ho Chi Minh City: 21 Bis Hau Giang, Ward 4, Tan Binh District
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (half day)
Salary: Negotiable

IV. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Purpose:
Manage and supervise cold storage operations to ensure proper preservation and quality control of agricultural products stored at FADO IEXPORT’s facilities.

2. Objectives:
Maintain optimal storage conditions, ensure inventory accuracy, support timely delivery, and contribute to business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Main Duties:

Oversee daily cold storage operations, including temperature control and maintenance.
Manage warehouse staff and assign work duties.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Coordinate with logistics and export teams for smooth handling and shipment.
Prepare and maintain records and reports related to cold storage.
Implement standard operating procedures for warehouse safety and efficiency.
Handle and resolve issues related to product storage and transportation.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct management.

V. REQUIREMENTS

Age: 25 – 35 years old
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold storage or warehouse management
Good knowledge of cold storage technology and temperature control systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software
Understanding of food safety and quality control standards
English proficiency (speaking and writing); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Willingness to work flexibly and travel if necessary
