We create a responsible, transparent and sustainable agricultural ecosystem. The development roadmap to 2035 is a journey to make Vietnamese coconut a global model for decent agricultural products: from technology - community - to climate.

Phase 2025–2026

Digitize the entire FADOAgri coconut sourcing region. Launch the project “1 Million Coconuts with Biological Profiles”

Phase 2030–2032

Franchise the FADOAgri model to countries with similar coconut-growing climates (Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka). Establish the “Coconut Responsibility Alliance” across the Asia-Pacific region.

Phase 2027–2029

Deploy the Agri Circle platform — a network connecting farmers, processors, and innovation technologies. Apply AI to monitor soil nutrition, biological cycles, and carbon credits from coconut trees.

Phase 2033–2035

Launch a coconut-based bio-credit trading platform, integrating supply chain data with blockchain systems and international standards. Position coconuts as a pioneering model in global regenerative agriculture.

VALUE DELIVERED TO THE WORLD

Consumers: 3 million global consumers now have access to transparent and health-friendly coconut products.

Farmers: 100,000 farmers in Vietnam and overseas are securing stable livelihoods through more sustainable production.

Environment: 5 million tons of CO₂ absorbed by coconut forests — measured, certified, and transformed into bio-credits.
